Reason being that if the product has been completed, there will be no refund because it takes time to do the quality of work we provide.

We pride ourselves on delivering the best services in the industry so to create videos and websites and other services to completion and then have people ask willy-nilly for refunds will make a bad experience for both parties.

You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 14 calendar days but if we have already your SSL certificate and started work, whatever money we have already spent will be deducted from your payment and the balance sent back to you.

But if you decide before work is completed that the product that you have purchased from us is not for you, you will get your money back no questions asked.
